China Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Coil Supplier, Suppliers

Stainless steel hot rolled coils are made of slabs (mainly continuous casting slabs) as raw materials, and are heated and made into strip steel by rough rolling mills and finishing mills. The hot steel strip coming out of the finishing rolling mill is cooled to the set temperature by laminar flow, and then rolled into a steel strip coil by a coiler.

Oes Metal produces and provides hot rolled coils of various grades, including 201, 304, 304l, 316, 316l, and 310s.

Looking for a tough, cost-effective solution? Check out our Hot Rolled Stainless Steel Coils! These guys are built for heavy-duty use, thanks to advanced thermo-mechanical processing that ensures they’re super strong and reliable. Basically, they’re heated and rolled at really high temperatures—above the point of recrystallization—which boosts their mechanical properties and makes them more durable for tough applications.

You can choose from grades like 304, 316, and even carbon steel equivalents. They’re perfect for construction frameworks, industrial machinery, automotive parts, and support structures. When compared to cold-rolled options, our hot rolled coils have better load-bearing capacity and impact resistance—never a bad thing!

Product Description

Product Details
One thing to keep in mind: the hot rolling process leaves that characteristic mill scale surface. Don’t worry, though—these can easily be cleaned up with pickling or descaling if needed. They come in thicknesses ranging from 1.5mm to 12.7mm and widths up to 2000mm, meeting all the major standards like ASTM A480 for quality.
Key Benefits:
Stronger and tougher for large-scale projects.
Highly cost-effective manufacturing solution.
Excellent weldability and formability for complex designs.
Versatile range of grades for high-stress structural use.
Primary Applications:
Structural frames and supports
Heavy machinery parts
Building projects and infrastructure
Industrial tanks and equipment
Transport and automotive frames
